This window allows changes to the behavior of the ComSoft Lease Here Pay Here (LHPH) window.

   Saves any changes and closes the window.

Calculate Rental Rate For Me

2. Calculate Rental Rate For Me
When checked the rental fee box will be enabled so you can enter the the amount you wish to make per year.
ComSoft DMS will automatically calculate the rental rate to apply to the lease calculation in order to get to the target yearly rental fee.
If unchecked you will be required to enter a money factor in the deal.
