Incoming email settings are for receiving email messages.

Server Type

Server Type can be one of 2 types POP or IMAP Select the type that your email server uses.

Enter the name of your email server.

Frequency

Enter the frequency that you want the email client to check for new mail on the email server.
Note: ComSoft recommends this setting to be no less than 2 mins.

Delete From Server

Check this box if you wish to have the email client to automatically delete messages from the email server.
Note: ComSoft recommends that this be checked when using POP mail server type.

Email Age

Used with "Delete From Server", enter the number of days to wait before deleting a message from the email server.

Last Server Delete Check

Initially set this to the current date minus the number entered in the "Email Age" section.
