Car deals go through several different states before they are completed. This tab allows you to choose at what state you wish to add any trade you are taking in into your inventory.
Add trade(s) to inventory when deal state is
Valid settings are:
Quote - Any trades entered in the quote phase of a deal will automatically be added to your inventory (Not Suggested)
PendingFinance - Trades will be added to inventory when a quote is "Sent To Finance" meaning that the deal is now in the hands of the finance manager waiting for completion of paperwork.
PendingAccounting - Trades will be added to inventory when a deal is "Washed" and sent to accounting meaning that the deal is now in the hands of the book keeper waiting to be posted to the accounting system.
AccountingFinalized - Trades will be added to inventory when a deal is "Posted" to the accounting system.
