Inventory Window Sticker Settings

Inventory Window Sticker Settings are used to set the defaults you wish to have entered automatically for new vehicle that are entered into the system. To open the VIN decoding settings window go to the "Menu Explorer" and open  "Settings, Inventory Settings" and click on the "Inventory Window Sticker Settings" option.
NOTE: If you don't have permissions you may not see the options. Contact your system administrator.
 
 
Once clicked the Inventory Window Sticker Settings window will open.

Cancel & Close

1. Cancel & Close
This menu button will close the window without saving any changed information.

Save & Close

This menu button will save any changed information and close the window.

Window Sticker Comment #1

Click on the drop down arrow to select the first comment you want to add to your window sticker.
NOTE: If there is nothing in the list click the "Add or Edit Comments" button.

Click on the drop down arrow to select the second comment you want to add to your window sticker.
NOTE: If there is nothing in the list click the "Add or Edit Comments" button.

Add or Edit Comments Button

5. Add or Edit Comments Button
This button will open the "Window Sticker Comments" window that will allow you to enter as many comments that you would like to be able to pick from.

Print Company Name

Check this box if you wish to print the company name on your window sticker.

Print Selling Price

Check this box if you wish to print the selling price of the vehicle.
NOTE: If unchecked or selling price is zero, it will print "See Salesman" instead.

Use Integrated Website URL For QR Code

8. Use Integrated Website URL For QR Code
If you are using a ComSoft website you can opt to use the imported URL for the QR code that will take the user to the vehicle on your ComSoft website. Check this box to use this address.
NOTE: This option will have no effect if you are using a third party website provider.

Default URL

When an address is entered here, all new vehicles entered into the system will be given this address in the "URL for QR Code" field for the vehicle.

Buyers Guide Defaults

This section is for setting the most often used setting that will be printed on your Buyers Guide. There are several prompts on the Buyers Guide forms. These settings will be used if the prompts on the form are set to "USE DEFAULT".

  • None
  • AS IS - Implied Warranty Only
  • Dealer Warranty

  • None
  • Full Warranty
  • Limited Warranty
