Scan A New Guest Record

Scanning a driver's License is another way of entering a new guest.
 
 
  •  Click on the "+" next to Traffic/Desking
     
     
  • Click on Scan New Guest Look Up
     
     
     
     
  • Place the Drivers license on the scanner front face down, top of license towards bottom. Click on "Scan Drivers License"
     
     
     
     
  • Once Driver's License Scanned, a Guest Information/Up Card will be opened. The information on the Driver's License as well as the customers picture will populate into the appropriate fields.
     
  • Click Entering guest information for further details
