Department Grouping Tab
ComSoft DMS allows you set up your own departments for organizational purposes. You can specify what members of what groups are visible in certain drop lists throughout the sales system.
The departments are specified in the Employee Departments Window and once entered employees and be made members of any or all departments in the Employee Settings-Permissions Window.
Employees that are members of the department selected in the drop list will show up in the Sales Rep drop lists on the Deal Window, ComSoft LHPH Deal window and other third party deal windows as well as the Recap-Wash Window.

Employees that are members of the department selected in the drop list will show up in the Sales Manager drop lists on the Deal Window, ComSoft LHPH Deal window and other third party deal windows as well as the Recap-Wash Window.

Employees that are members of the department selected in the drop list will show up in the Finance Manager drop lists on the Deal Window, ComSoft LHPH Deal window and other third party deal windows as well as the Recap-Wash Window.
