Inventory Inception Entries The inventory inception screen is only used for entering and editing your inventory records and costs for the first time during setup. All other entries for inventory will be made on the Vehicle Information screen. Inception Entries Tool Bar Click this button to cancel any changes and close the window. Click this button to save your changes and close the window. Click this button to save your changes and leave the window open. Click this button to add a new vehicle to inventory. Click this button to open the Options Screen Click this button to delete the currently selected vehicle. Top Vehicle Groups & Cost As vehicles are added to inventory they are grouped together to give you a total asset value for a particular inventory group. This number, once all entries are complete, should be the same number as the asset account in your accounting system. When a vehicle is selected here the information for that vehicle is displayed in the tabs above so that the information can be changed or added. Top
