Select the inventory group that this vehicle will belong to.

Note: Inventory Groups are defined in Inventory Group Setup.

Enter the stock number you wish to use.

Note: Stock number auto numbering can be setup in Accounting Operating Parameters on the Inventory Auto Numbering Tab.

Enter the vehicles VIN number.

After entering the VIN click this button to decode the VIN.

Enter the year of the vehicle.

Enter or select a make.

Note: This can be populated by clicking the decode VIN button.

Enter or select a model.

Note: This can be populated by clicking the decode VIN button.

Enter or select a style.

Note: This can be populated by clicking the decode VIN button.

Enter the date the vehicle was stocked in.

Enter the title number.

Miles currently on the vehicle.

Enter the number of cylinders the vehicle has.

Note: This can be populated by clicking the decode VIN button.

Enter the vehicle trim level.

Note: This can be populated by clicking the decode VIN button and then the Options Tool Bar button.

Enter the color of the vehicle.

Note: This can be populated by clicking the decode VIN button and then the Options Tool Bar button and selecting the color.

Enter the ignition key code.

Enter the trunk key code.

Enter the seating capacity.
