How to Get to a Specific Payment or Financed Amount

 

 

1. To reach a specific financed amount, click on

 

 

 

2.  Enter desired number into Target Finance Amount Field. Then click Roll

     This features will show options on how numbers in the deal can be changed to reach targeted amount.

 

 

Only one option can be chosen to adjust the deal. Click on the desired option. That information will be changed accordingly in the deal.

 

 

3.  If Rolled Cash option chosen, you would note the following

5.  It is the same process used for Financed Amount. Select option and it will save into the deal
