Inventory Management

The Inventory Management module tracks all inventory transactions and works with the Accounting module when purchasing vehicles, posting or rolling back deals within the application.  It also works in conjunction with the Accounting module for tracking any vehicle costs or audit trails.  The Inventory module can be used with the Synchronization module for posting vehicle information to third-party vendors or web-site for listing vehicles.  A part of the Synchronization module, the Inventory module uses the Chrome5 service for VIN decoding to ensure correct vehicle information.

Along with the Reporting module, the Inventory module is used to generate any vehicle statistics, such as sales, top selling models and aging reports.
