The "Check For Recalls NHTSA" button will take you to the NHTSA website and enter the VIN for the selected vehicle. There you will be able to see if your vehicle has any outstanding recalls on it.
The "Check NICB" button will take you to the National Insurance Crime Bureau website. There you can do a search to see if the selected vehicle has been involved in a theft insurance claim and has not been recovered or has ever been reported as a salvage vehicle.
