Update selling price from website

Check this check box to set the selling price of the checked vehicles in the Existing Vehicles list with the value on your website.

Check this check box to set the odometer of the checked vehicles in the Existing Vehicles list with the value on your website.

Check this check box to copy the images of the checked vehicles in the Existing Vehicles list to your ComSoft program.

Check this check box to set other information of the checked vehicles in the Existing Vehicles list with the values on your website. These can be Year, Make, Model, Body, Trim, and other information.

Check this check box to set the MSRP of the checked vehicles in the Existing Vehicles list with the value on your website. Works with #1.

Only if the image count has changed

This check box works with #3. If the images count is different on your website than the count of images in ComSoft then the images will be copied.

This checkbox works with #4. If this check box is checked, if the value in ComSoft is empty or 0 then the value from the website will be copied. Otherwise it will not be copied.

The "Update Vehicles" button will begin the update process.

Existing Vehicles

9. Existing Vehicles
This is a list of vehicles that already exist in ComSoft DMS. The "Web Price" and the "Odometer" columns, marked in yellow, can be edited to different numbers.
NOTE: If you change the numbers in the yellow columns your ComSoft inventory will have different information than what is currently on your website. If you do this be sure to Export your inventory back to your website to reflect your changes.
